Great Service
My family and I just moved here from Colorado and I must say this is a great apartment with welcoming wonderful Staff and ... an awesome Maintenance crew and that is just the best. John from maintenance has been awesome in fixing things in our apartment we just moved into and has been very kind and helpful. We are very grateful to him and all his help and hard work. The staff at the front has been amazing and helpful with any questions we have had at well. Honestly it is thanks to amazing people like this that work here that makes it feel more like a home. So I wanted to say thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being an awesome staff and crew. Keep up the amazing work and know that you are all AWESOME!!!! Kwanzaa smoothly guided me through the application process when I first visited The Courts at Preston Oaks in June 2018. ... Since I've moved in (July 2018), both he and Carla have been especially personable. I did have an issue with insects right when I moved in, however. My roommate and I are new residents & we absolutely love the apartment. The location, is perfect and very convenient for ... work and leisure purposes. There are tons of restaurants, shopping centers, & other atttractions that are near as well. One thing we love about the apartment was that the rent amount was very reasonable for how spacious & nice the apartments are. The staff Carla & Erin were friendly and each of our calls were answered whenever we needed assistance. Carla made sure that everything was in tact for us before we moved in, she has kept us updated as much as possible. The amenities are great and well maintained. The apartments are clean , and all the shopping malls are at a reasonable distance.
