The Courts at Preston Oaks

...I recently moved to Dallas from New England and have been searching for and apartment. Had a lovely tour of the entire property with a very nice and knowledgable associate on 11-20-15. This place is geourous from the grounds to the actual apartments. I definitely felt comfortable and I am strongly considering moving here. It is gated and very secure which appeals to me as someone moving from so far away. Everyone in the office was very nice also.

When I first walked into the leasing center I was greeted with a warm smile and immediately taken care of. My leasing agent didn't mind showing us different apartment homes until we found the right one! He was very patient and really worked with our budget. I liked the way he explained everything to me and how he made our move in process very simple. I am very pleased with the customer service and how we were handle.

Office staff has always been extremely helpful. Apartments are well built and quiet which is what I wanted. Maintenance is amazing, always show up same or next day for any issue. Sink backed up Xmas eve and one of the guys came from home to fix it. Can

The property looks exactly like the pictures online which is rare when looking at apartments. The location is right down the street from restaurants and bars which is nice, as well as being 10 minutes from downtown. So far everything has been good here!

I have lived at the Courts for 9/10mos now. I was blown away when I toured the property- it looks like a vacation resort! Unlike other places I visited before decided on the Courts, the apartment I got actually looked like the model, if not better. My tour agent Andi did a great job explaining that I would have carpeting being on the 4th floor, as the model apartment had faux wood flooring.

I lived here for two years and cannot say enough nice things about the staff and management. They take every issue seriously and act on it right away. The staff also makes sure you are satisfied with any solutions put in place. Vee and Andie never fail to help you with any concern you have, and both are very patient and friendly.
